One statistical analysis I'd like to see, either here or at LibertyBallers, is a comparison of the Sixers half court offensive efficiency during various periods this year and last year. I know there overall offense has been worse, and part of that is due to their horrible defense not getting stops or turnovers. But what about the half court efficiency with and without Miller, Jrue, Princeton offense, Brand, etc.?

The sixers are only set at 2 positions with guys who can play offense and defense at at least a league average level...speights, young can't play defense worth a lick, there's no SG on this team who should start on an NBA team....the bench has no defensive stopper...the center is about to expire and probably won't be re-signed.

It's short sighted to say there nothing else in the draf tthat htelps the sixers cause they have very little worth keeping long term on a winner

IMO, there are 3 difference makers in this draft:

Wall, Turner, Cousins

After that, it's just a bunch of guys - none of whom help the Sixers.

I don't think we have to do anything, Dean. I'm getting the feeling this could be resolved within the next week.

(Not saying I heard any rumors, but just looking at the schedule and the past 4 days).

My fear of Eddie Jordan being back next season is waning.

Derek, you make great points. Even though there is no hope for playoffs this year, Jordan should be fired immediately to protect the young players from his poisonous attitude and arrogance. Stefanski fired Cheeks to get his own coach in there, and it has been an epic failure of misjudgment and cronyism. Say what you want about Cheeks, at least he was a class act who they players respected.

This is such a difficult time to be a sixers fan.
